Everything I love happens in October, so welcome October, the best month ever! To start the month off right we went to the Oktoberfest on Mt. Lemmon Saturday. The weather was nice and cool and occasionally it sprinkled on us, but as always, it was a nice break from the heat! Melanie, Laura and Stella joined us and we sat in the grass on the ski slopes and ate brats, sauerkraut, potato salad, pretzels and some delicious fudge. There was a cute little polka band that played for everyone and we even joined the dance floor with the babies for the chicken dance and the hokey pokey. It was nice to just go and relax and do nothing ;) It was also Logan's first full day without his cast so he was happier but not so happy that he wanted to smile for every picture haha the ones where he is smiling there was a lot of group effort put in to get that smile :)
p.s. as much as Dominic wanted (for some insane reason) to take Logan on the ski lift ride, he was banned from doing so, I think he will thank us for that one day ;)
