We had a busy but fun Easter weekend! The Maes' came in to town and went with us and the Kelsey's to Patagonia Lake on Saturday. That was our first time there and I have a feeling we will be back! It was something fun and different to do then the usual. It was actually a little overcast and cooler then I thought it would be so the babies didn't do much in the water, but Logan did splash around a bit. Dom and his dad tried out their wetsuits and practiced for open water swimming in their next triathlon while Will and I paddled the kayak next to them. Laura was running to train for her half marathon, so that left Amanda, Candi and the two babies for about 45 minutes. Amanda decided she didn't have enough hands and never wanted twins...I don't blame you! Otherwise we just relaxed and had a good time!

our first lake adventure :)
Sunday we spent the morning before mass opening Easter baskets and letting Logan play with all his fun new toys.

Logan's first Easter :)

After mass we went to brunch at Old Pueblo, which was yummy! Logan wanted to be just like dad so Dom was nice enough to share his glasses

and dress like little man ;)

Then we headed home for our Easter tradition of the egg war and a good nap ;) Logan liked playing with the eggs, he was such a happy boy!

you know where that egg is going next...
haha yep!
We had a fun weekend with the family and celebrating Easter. Grandma comes in from Texas tomorrow and we have another busy weekend ahead!
