So since you already read that my favorite movie and book are the same- The Princess Bride. You can hear about my second favorite movie- Jurassic Park (only the original on this one!)
Yes, Jurassic Park... not sure why exactly but I could watch it over and over again! And I do! I remember I went to see it the first time in the theater with my older neighbor friend Kim, it came out in 1993 which means I was in 3rd grade, so what 9 years old haha. My mom said I could go but warned me it was scary. I just remember during the kitchen scene with the velociraptors this lady in front of us screamed and threw her box of milk duds in the air and they went everywhere. I don't remember being scared of it at the time but I remember I couldn't figure out how when the dinosaurs ate the people how the actors would get out of the 'robotic dinosaur'. I imagined there was a slide from the mouth all the way down the inside of the dino and out the tail and then they just ran off stage after being 'eaten'. While obviously I was way off, it does sound like more fun to be eaten by a dinosaur that way. And on a completely other note, I love the Jurassic Park theme song as well :)
