Look what I can do

Logan has been doing really well with nap times lately since we have been letting him cry it out, he takes usually 2 naps a day anywhere from 30 mins- 1 hour each.  He started out crying about it for what seemed live for ever but now usually only fusses 5-10 mins then is fast asleep.  When I lay him down for nap I leave the door open so I can peak in through the crack to see how things are going.  He has started flipping over to his belly scooting around and then falling asleep on his belly.  After our trip to the pediatrician last month, one thing she told us was to lower the crib to the lowest setting since he will be able to pick himself up soon and with the mattress on the highest setting and babies being top heavy, once they get themselves standing they can fall out of the crib.  So Dom lowered the mattress last night and wow it seems super low but understandably so.  Logan took a great nap this morning 1 hour and 20 mins (the longest ever since the crying it out phase!) and already about 2 hours later he seemed tired again (we think he is going through a growth spurt) and so I layed him back down about half an hour ago.  Well he seemed to be crying longer then his usual so I peak in the door and SUPRISE he figured out how to stand up in the crib all by himself!  I was like ooooo yay and then ooooo no how are you going to go to sleep now that you are standing up screaming at me, do you know how to get back down?  (I have seen him sit back down from a standing position before so hopefully he can figure it out again)  Then I think, wow good thing we put the mattress down last night!  Not sure how this "nap" will end now but I am going to give it another half an hour to see if he can figure it out on his own, otherwise I guess I go save him?!  He is getting the pulling up/standing/cruising wanting to walk all the time thing down, soon enough he is going to just start running ;)
