Almost there!

Logan had his helmet check up with Hanger Friday and things are looking good!  Over the last month Logan's percentage of difference between the cranial width and length stayed the same at 88% (we want 80-85%)  usually this goes down 1% but I guess he did his growing in another area.  Logan went from 5mm to 3mm difference between the right and left cranial vaults which is great because 3mm or less is where we want to be!  So we are just waiting for a little more growth to round out the melon and the doctor said 3-6 more weeks of wearing his helmet and then he should be free!  Hurray!  I'm glad all that time in Delaware with his helmet off didn't slow anything down too much.  It's crazy how fast they grow.  

It looks a million times better and there is only a small portion on the side view (which is hard to see unless you see it in person) that is still a little flat, otherwise it looks like a normal round head...ok an above normal size head but atleast it's round now ;)

In other baby news, Logan has finally showed me he knows how to say mama but it comes out more like momomomomom.  I know it's not directed toward me as he just says it whenever he feels like it about anything just like dada but it still makes me smile.  His "language" is always growing and he loves to show it off.  He talks allll the time, he was especially chatty in church on Sunday and wanted everyone to hear him talk, yes we will be banished to the cry room for life with this one haha.  

We bought Logan a new toy this weekend to walk around with.  It's a Mickey Mouse fire truck and he can sit on it and ride it or stand behind it and walk with it/push it.  He figured the walking with it in less then 5 minutes, he was born to walk not crawl that's for sure.  He stood there holding onto it without moving for a little then realized he could push it and go with it and that was all it took.  He still needs to learn how to turn it as he tends to get stuck once he runs into a wall but I save him.  He seems to enjoy it and as long as he is standing and moving around he is happy!  I can't believe he is 10 months already.  It's hard to imagine in 2 months he will be a year old.  Ya, I will probably cry at his birthday, be warned.

 

In cute picture news, we had to give Logan a bath and get him ready for bed Saturday night and Will, Laura and Stella were over so we plopped both babies in the tub and took those embarrassing pictures of them naked in the bath tub together to show them when they are older haha.  They had fun splashing around of course and like the boy he is, I only have one picture of Logan not flashing the camera, so in the interest of keeping his jewels off the internet, here they are at bathtime ;)  They look surprised to see us...
