humdrum

nothing new and interesting to report. back to the work mode of life. working, eating, sleeping, watching tv and wishing our shows were back on (LOST, 24, House we have missed you! Dexter I need to buy season 3 cuz I am dying to know how you continue your serial killer ways). Good thing we have game night once a week, kind of breaks up the monotony! I did finally go see My Sister's Keeper and even though the ending was completely different from the book, it worked out well and didn't really matter as I cried through the whole thing anyway! I am trying to come up with a good theme for our Halloween party but keep coming back to doing something "classic" like old movie monsters or something on the scary side, surprisingly Dom voted for scary...I am slowly converting him haha. I feel like I don't have a clear idea like I did with Heroes vs. Villains last year, so I guess we will see if anything interesting pops into my head soon. I got some scrapbooking done this past weekend also, finally started and finished all 3 years of our Balloon Fiesta road trips and finished our vacation to Delaware. Always so much more to catch up on though! We are headed to Phoenix this weekend to visit the family and I am hoping squeeze in a trip to IKEA, so I can wander around aimlessly searching for furniture and trinkets that we just MUST have ;) The dogs are going for a swim in the pool and maybe Annie will learn how to swim as well. Not sure Maya will want to join in considering her history with the pool but maybe she can be my buddy and document the occasion from safely out of water range. and as my mind wanders off on a side note- Amanda save up your time, energy and money because I have been thinking about black friday for awhile now, and about how many blankets I can shove on my arms while holding everything else I want in the line at Kohls, maybe I should be practicing this. Find a friend with crutches again this year who can keep up but gain us sympathy and front of the line standing haha.

In other news more interesting then our own, the Duggar mom is pregnant AGAIN with her 19th child! She must be the most fertile woman on this planet! Share the love lady! that's like 19 years of being pregnant non stop, ew.

that is all for now. i can't think of anything else except grabbing another handful of cocoa roasted almonds which are my new favorite snack, they are amazing, kind of taste like an oreo but like a healither yummier oreo in nut form.
peace friends <3
